Biography

      Dr. Chaohua Dai received his Ph.D. degree in electric system control and information technique from School of Electrical Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China in 2009. Then, he joined the School of Electrical Engineering, Southwest Jiaotong University as an associate professor in 2009. During 1998-2001, he had been with China Railway First Survey and Design Institute Group Ltd., where he was an assistant engineer. His research interests include electric power systems and their automation, smart grid, hydrail, intelligence information processing, modern signal processing, pattern recognition, etc.
